Daily trials, and biblical peace

Introduction
Hello all and こにいちは, another day the Lord has made, let's rejoice and be glad in it. Today I worked my two jobs, a total of 13 hours. I plan on coming out with the next Biblical Clothing doctrine review in the next few days. It'll be about the dress standards for men, because we serve as the leaders and examples for the women. My day went well, and I don't think I'm getting sick! Just very tired, probably my body fighting off invaders and what not.
Trials and peace
Over the past few days, it's felt like I've been in a trial. I've been far more tired than usual, it's been super busy at my manufacturing job which is a little unusual, and my pizza job was chaotic tonight. To give you a hint, I was making pizza with another man I worked with, and he ended up throwing toppings everywhere, quitting and walking out. We had a call-in, very little prepped, and we were having a buffet night. People I worked with were crying, but I just kept on doing my job. What I wanted to talk about specifically tonight is remaining steadfast through these trials, and continuing in good works even if it seems like everything is chaos around you. Your calm demeanor in situations like these can shine an unexpected light to people around you. They may ask, "Why is he/she so calm? Is he/she always like this? What gives them so much peace?" You can be a good witness just by patiently enduring through all that's going on, and men can see your good works.
“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” (Galatians 5:16, KJV)
The flesh always wants to freak out, and act in a self-preservation mode of fear and anxiety, but when you crucify this flesh, and walk in the Holy Spirit, what's happening around you doesn't effect the peace that's had in the inner man. Storms come, and they go, and the Spirit helps you walk in that wisdom.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23, KJV)
"peace"
eirēnē
i-rah'-nay
Probably from a primary verb εἴρω eirō (to join); peace (literally or figuratively); by implication prosperity: - one, peace, quietness, rest, + set at one again.
Satan and his ploys can't effect you unless you let them. He can crash everything around you, but if you're resting in Christ, what does it matter? If you're dead to the world, which is temporary anyways, these events, situations, trials, will pass away, and the peace us saints have is in Christ eternally, not in our surroundings.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27, KJV)
So, I just wanted to encourage you that, though you may be struggling with many trials and temptations as I have over the past few days, know that the Lord will give you the strength, wisdom, and power to get through it for his glory. It's his will you overcome the world, why wouldn't he help you do it?
“He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:7-8, KJV)
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” (Ephesians 6:10-18, KJV)
Closing Reflections
It's starting to get chilly here, I've been sleeping in my sleeping bag the past few nights! Pretty soon the snow will be coming. I do like snow, and cold weather is nice. The Lord blessed me with jobs right in town, like 5 minutes away from my various park spots, so snow usually doesn't stop me from enduring in my job! Keep up the good works saints, even if it's hard. Did the Lord say this time on earth would be easy?
“Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” (Luke 13:24, KJV)
Rest well, love to all of the saints in the Lord.
