Introduction
The Lord is good, and blessed be my Rock, and let the God of my salvation be exalted! Can you guess what Psalm that's from? I can't quote the reference, but that word is hidden in my heart. I pray your day is going well, mine is here! So, after work I had my coworker (the mechanic) check out my van in the parking lot, and he found the issue I had been having right away. It certainly was the A/C compressor, but, it was only the clutch on the compressor that was bad. He actually showed me the problem and explained it to me which was awesome! He does a side car repair business, and guess what he quoted me to fix that? $75 for the part and installing it. Uh, a little bit of a difference from the $1500 the car shop quoted me for a new compressor. Praise God, I'm not worthy of a blessing that literally fell in my lap like that. The Lord moved me to a new area of my plant after repenting and coming into the light (see my testimony), the mechanic overheard me talking about some van problems, and offered to help. Since I don't know a ton about cars, this was big (right before winter too)! Thank you Father, you deserve the praise. Always get a second opinion on car issues if you can, the big shops are trying to make money, so they'll sell you on bigger fixes. I made a smoothie today too using some interesting new ingredients I found. It was very good, and good for you? So the packaging says...
My Genki 1 books came in for Japanese grammar practice. These books are highly praised, and I look forward to working through them a little bit at a time. It's like going back to elementary school! Reminds me of becoming as a little child in the Scriptures.

Site Adjustments
I want to talk a little about my site adjustments and why I made them. So, first off I trimmed down the homepage, my testimony page, and the blog page to simplify it a little more. The reason I did this was to put more focus on my blog posts, which I'm simplifying into just daily posts. This doesn't mean I won't include doctrine studies and vocab studies, but it'll be within each daily post as I get to them. This will look similar to my Japanese language updates, where I add a section talking about the new things I'm learning or reviewing! This will also help me solidify myself as a disciple of Christ, not a teacher. I'm simply a pupil learning of the Lord right now, and I want to share what I learn with you! Praise God, the Lord helps me to adjust to glorify him more, I think you'll enjoy the new format. Thanks for reading so far folks!
Closing Reflections
Sitting in a McDonalds's, working on this post, still praising God for saving me over a thousand on van repairs. We'll see if it truly does fix the problem. All the van has to do is survive for a little bit longer, then I'll sell it off and move to a new one Lord-willing. Keep seeking the kingdom of God, I will too :)
